It's simple. I can't take care of all the issues at hand therefore I need your help. If you guys are sick of being inactive then perhaps you can help change that. I was thinking of making the clan a bit more democratic. This should be something like The Ten Commandments . One step at a time so we'll start with this.

All members can scout/recruit. I still have the final word but unanimous vote from the members overrules mine (as long as it's not smth like:"shall we kick fireball? ).

Example: Grund recruits Geronimo, Geronimo does ok in tryout period only I don't like him. If all wS members vote for Geronimo, he's in regardless of my opinion.

But all know that Gero sucks
